The next day, I did meet Sean who did let me know that he would have my room type, took my cell number and called me when the room was ready. The original room they put me in was very nice so there was no disappointment there. They were honest and straightforward about the fact that they were overbooked (10 years+ in the Hotel industry, prepared me for this) and that their Supervisor Sean would be able to resolve it the next day. I had reserved a King Deluxe room and the Front Desk explained that they didn't have that room type immediately available. From the friendliness of the Door / Bell Man, Rich to the Front Desk Staff welcome of Hilary and Alexa. Getting into the car and driving out into the Country suddenly unfroze my brain and I was pleasantly surprised at the immediately welcoming spirit of the Little River Casino Resort just outside of Manistee.
